Hard Hat Program
In our efforts to improve on quality and safety we have decided to give a "that a boy stickers" for hard hats. Inspired by the Ohio State Buckeyes we give out a Genesis logo sticker for each act of going above expectations for safety and quality. We started this program on April 24, 2007 and have already passed some stickers out. Employees really seem to want those stickers.
